Winnipeg Resources

We know that reaching out for support is a big step, and we want to be upfront—our services are not designed for crisis support. While we do our best to respond promptly, we are not always available outside of scheduled sessions. If you’re in immediate distress, or if you need urgent mental health support, there are organizations that can help 24/7.
