Cancellation Policy


Need to Cancel or Reschedule? We Get It.

Life happens, and we completely understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice so we can offer that time to someone else who may need it.

If a session is cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice, the full session fee will apply.

We know that unexpected things come up, and while we do our best to be understanding, this policy helps us maintain availability for all our clients. If you have any concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re happy to chat.
